Is everything made by you?

All of our products listed have been carefully designed, selected and reviewed by ECB founders.

What are your pricings?

All of my pricing considers the rarity and availability of materials, as well as the product's current market price.

Who runs your website?

It's a family-run enterprise. ECB's co-founders manage all of its marketing and sales operations.

How long have you been doing this for?

I started creating end of 2019

What methods of payment do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, Apple pay, Discover, credit cards, Venmo, Paypal and Zelle. We charge 3.5% processing fee for PayPal and all major credit cards.

My order says its delivered, but its not.

Where is my order?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages due to third-party delivery; nevertheless, we will do everything necessary to have our products shipped with tracking numbers for you, our customer.

Do you REPEAT your designs?

At Elite Crafts and Bracelets, we take pride in creating unique, one-of-a-kind pieces. Once a product is made and sold, we generally do not repeat the same style or design, unless it is specifically requested by a customers.

The only exception is our rosaries - some popular or classic designs may be recreated upon request or kept in regular rotation due to customer demand.

We believe that every piece should feel exclusive and personal, staying true to the name "ELITE " in both craftsmanship and creativity.

Are your stone beads real or fake?

Yes - 90% of our stone beads are real, natural stones. We carefully select genuine materials for most of our designs to ensure quality and authenticity.

​

In some cases, we may use dyed, treated, or high-quality synthetic beads for specific color effects or styles. If a product includes non-natural materials, it will always be clearly noted in the description.
